2. Digital Products

All products sold through MONDICOM are digital goods, including but not limited to digital children's books, activity sheets, worksheets, and learning packs. These products are delivered electronically and are available for download immediately upon successful payment. No physical products are shipped.

3. Licence & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, view, and print the purchased digital content for personal and/or educational use. You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or share download links with third parties
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the content
Use the content for commercial purposes without written consent
Upload the content to file-sharing platforms or public repositories

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once download links have been accessed. However, we assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at support@mondicom.xyz.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, illustrations, designs, and materials available on MONDICOM are the intellectual property of MONDICOM LTD or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QX TRADER LIMITED COMPANY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
